Jhanvi Mishra, Founder & CEO of Ma’am Group, became independent in class 8 by starting home tuitions. By class 12, she had crafted a successful business plan. Despite facing depression and facial paralysis, she fought back, even overcoming weight gain from steroid treatment. Jhanvi’s determination and NCC training built her resilience. At 20, having just completed her graduation and NCC, she runs Ma’am Academy in Lucknow, Ma’am Makeup Academy, Ma’am Yoga & Wellness Center, and MKJ Defence Academy. Her placement company has provided employment to over 1000 people. She has also saved 600 lives through her NGO’s blood donation drives. Her international exhibitions and dedication have earned her numerous awards and recognition.
